Exercise Program(1)
I used to love to sleep late on weekends until I watched my classmate exercising every day and looking very physically fit. Now I wake up at 9:30 in the morning, put on my exercise clothes and tennis shoes, drink some orange juice, and going out. Yesterday I also jogged about fifteen minutes and rode my bike to my friend's house. When I finished exercising, I was unusually hungry and enjoyed the early lunch. I ate a cheeseburger, a large green salad, potato chips, a milk shake, rice pudding, and five chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
