Exercise Program(2)

Exercise,That's been my routine for several weeks now, and I have seen signs of improvement. Recently I decided to keep a record of my workouts and record my progress in a notebook. My friend who is a professional trainer doesn't agree with my tennis skills. He says I'm better off sleeping late and skipping the huge lunch. What do you think? What am I think? Maybe I am better off sleeping late.
